HARD COLLECTION
Hard collections are typically used for customers who refuse to respond to your invoices or phone calls. You have been manipulated with "the check is in the mail," but have not received payment. We adhere to the Fair Debt Collections and Practices Act, but take a firmer approach to collecting debt with both phone calls and for visits. This is used when the debtor does not want to pay and the sole interest is in collecting the money owed.
SOFT COLLECTION
Soft collections are generally used for those customers with whom you still do business. Although, we do not recommend a soft approach, we will use this during every contact with whom you decide.
